What Is Physiotherapy Personal Training?
Physiotherapy Personal Training is a hybrid service that combines the clinical expertise of physiotherapy with the goal-focused approach of personal training. It’s designed for people who want to:
- Recover from injury safely
- Improve strength, mobility, and function
- Prevent re-injury
How It Works
- Assessment: A physiotherapist evaluates your posture, movement patterns, injuries, and limitations.
- Rehab + Training Plan: You get a tailored program that addresses both recovery and fitness goals.
- Supervised Sessions: Work one-on-one with a specialist who ensures proper technique, progressive loading, and injury prevention.
- Progression: Transition from rehab to strength training, performance, or general fitness.
Cost- £62 per hour session 1:1, 4 sessions = £236
Daytime, Evening and Weekend sessions available to suit you!
Who Takes The Personal Training sessions?
Olivia Singleton and Katie Gregory are both experienced Physiotherapists who have additional qualifications in Personal Training. They will be able to combine their knowledge of injuries and rehabilitation with strength and conditioning in order to create excellent and bespoke Personal Training sessions.
