What is the Pilates Method?
Pilates is a method which aims to create a balance in the body. It is designed to cater for the needs of the individual. Many forms of exercise create tightening of certain muscles while overstretching others. Pilates Method works to correct this imbalance.

We can also provide patients with a personal core stability assessment and exercise programme supervised on a one to one basis. This is especially useful after an acute bout of pain or after surgery prior to being able to join a class situation.
