Our clinic at Mansfield Road Woodthorpe now boasts an extensive rehabilitation facility to enable us to supervise clients exercise programmes during treatment as an aid to the goal of 100% recovery from injury.

We have been treating patients in Nottingham since 1982 with range of problems from Back ,Neck and Shoulder problems to Tennis and Golfers Elbow and the common injuries associated with contact sports eg. muscle tendon & ligament injuries, Groin strain and Knee pain. Road traffic accident related problems eg whiplash injuries continue to be a growing area of our work.

Our patients range in age from 3 to 93 with various life related injury problems.

You do not need a referral from your GP but if you wish to claim on medical insurance, please check with them before treatment. The clinic will usually see you within 24 hours as “early treatment speeds recovery”. At this time the therapist will carry out a detailed assessment followed up by a diagnosis and treatment plan. All assessments are carried out in a minimum 45 minute session, we feel that any less time spent at this crucial point, would be of no benefit to either practitioner or patient alike.

Our fees are very competitive and we have recognition by all the major health insurers. We operate a discount scheme for sports clubs with no registration fee. We are always happy to advise sports clubs on injury prevention and warm up exercise regimes. We can deal direct with your insurance company for the payment of fees. We accept payment after each session by cheque, cash, switch, delta and all major credit cards.

We are open Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 8.00 pm and on Saturday mornings.
